2.1 Safety Rules

  • Follow all posted safety instructions and lifeguard directions
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult
  • Proper swimwear is required
  • No running in the park
  • No diving in unauthorized areas

2.2 Prohibited Items

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Outside food and drinks
  • Dangerous objects
  • Professional cameras without permission

3. Ticket and Booking Terms

3.1 Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the date specified
  • Tickets are non-transferable
  • Lost tickets will not be replaced

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund available for cancellations 48 hours before visit
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours
  • No refund for no-shows

4. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Personal injury due to negligence of safety rules
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Weather-related closures or modifications
  • Technical malfunctions beyond our control

5. Photography and Media

By entering the park, you agree that:

  • We may photograph or film you for promotional purposes
  • Commercial photography requires prior permission
  • Social media sharing of personal photos is permitted

6. Health and Medical Conditions

Guests should consider the following:

  • Certain attractions may not be suitable for guests with medical conditions
  • Pregnant women should avoid high-thrill attractions
  • First aid facilities are available on-site

7. Modifications to Services
